Andy, a Negator with the ability « Undead, » has been long in search for someone with the ability to give him a ‘real death.’ Fuko Izumo brings misfortune to those around her due to her ability « Unluck. » The two decide to join the Union, an organization which aims to control and protect the world from unidentified phenomena. The two uncover the mystery of the world as they search for the « greatest death ever. »

La vente aux enchères noire comprenait également des membres de la chasse aux négationnistes. Leur but est de se venger du monde. Andy et les autres se dirigent vers l’entrepôt de vente aux enchères pour ne pas leur donner les opposants. Pendant ce temps, dans l’entrepôt, un négationniste qui a été enlevé par la mafia, Chikara, qui a la capacité de « Fudo » Unmove, tente de s’échapper, mais un membre de la chasse aux deniers apparaît devant Chikara un pas plus tôt. Afin de tester ses capacités, un coup de la chasse au négationniste frappe Chikara !
