Andy, a Negator with the ability « Undead, » has been long in search for someone with the ability to give him a ‘real death.’ Fuko Izumo brings misfortune to those around her due to her ability « Unluck. » The two decide to join the Union, an organization which aims to control and protect the world from unidentified phenomena. The two uncover the mystery of the world as they search for the « greatest death ever. »

La Table Ronde a été enlevée par Under en raison de la trahison soudaine de Billy. L'Union a repris Apocalypse, mais l'installation a été à moitié détruite. Billy a laissé derrière lui un mystérieux message : « Dites à Juice. Nous aurons l'Arche. » Les syndicalistes ne peuvent cacher leur agitation devant ces propos. Pendant ce temps, Juice commence à dire la vérité sur le monde que même les membres de l'Union ignorent.
