Andy, a Negator with the ability « Undead, » has been long in search for someone with the ability to give him a ‘real death.’ Fuko Izumo brings misfortune to those around her due to her ability « Unluck. » The two decide to join the Union, an organization which aims to control and protect the world from unidentified phenomena. The two uncover the mystery of the world as they search for the « greatest death ever. »

Un livre que Juis a sorti. C'était un livre que Fuuko connaissait, mais la possibilité qu'il s'agisse d'une histoire du passé et du futur de ce monde, dessinée à partir d'artefacts anciens, a émergé. Andy et Fuko sont chargés de vérifier l'état du manuscrit brut et de recueillir des informations sur l'auteur original. S’il avait été dessiné à partir d’une relique ancienne, le manuscrit brut n’aurait pas dû être affecté par l’ajout de règles d’unification linguistique. Toutefois, la confirmation n’est pas facile. Andy suggère de confier le manga à un éditeur.
