Andy, a Negator with the ability « Undead, » has been long in search for someone with the ability to give him a ‘real death.’ Fuko Izumo brings misfortune to those around her due to her ability « Unluck. » The two decide to join the Union, an organization which aims to control and protect the world from unidentified phenomena. The two uncover the mystery of the world as they search for the « greatest death ever. »

Sur un banc du parc Stanley, au Canada, Andy et ses amis attendent Anno Un avec prudence. Avant qu’ils ne s’en rendent compte, Anno Un apparut derrière eux et leur parla. « Je sais ce que vous voulez savoir », déclare-t-il, « mais je ne vous le dirai pas gratuitement, montrez-moi la meilleure fin que je ne connais pas. » À ce moment-là, le cri d’un homme est venu de la forêt. Se débarrassant des nuages d’Anno qui la retiennent, Fuuko court vers UMA Autumn, qui apparaît soudainement pour aider l’homme !
